Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful activities
- attempt to exploit or reverse engineer the platform
- interfere with system operations
- access another user's data without authorization
Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, and design elements of Melron are owned by Melron and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Melron shall not be liable for:
- decisions made based on AI-generated insights
- inaccuracies from wearable sensors or third-party devices
- temporary outages or technical interruptions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melron disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
